Wake the Blind, a nu-metalcore band from Melbourne, Victoria, will be turning heads with their debut EP, ‘Broken Casket’. Exploring themes of “suicide, drugs, murder and domestic violence,” their five-track EP delves into subjects often considered uncomfortable, but subjects that need to be brought up none the less. Five-piece metalcore band, Alienist, from Wollongong, New South Wales, did not disappoint with their latest release ‘Severance,' which features distorted guitar riffs, powerful vocals, and solid drum fills. Severance showcases their modern take on heavy metal to the likes of artists such as Northlane and Polaris.
