Few turn to music for self-help lessons, and with the release of Sydney’s pop-rock outfit Lime Cordiale’s sophomore album, 14 Steps To A Better You, maybe it’s time we should?

Five-piece metalcore band, Alienist, from Wollongong, New South Wales, did not disappoint with their latest release ‘Severance,' which features distorted guitar riffs, powerful vocals, and solid drum fills. Severance showcases their modern take on heavy metal to the likes of artists such as Northlane and Polaris.
