Following on from it’s critically praised release, Kita Alexander today shares her playful new music video for “Can’t Help Myself”. Directed by Tim Nathan and shot in Byron Bay, the video is available to view today.
Exploring the rush of falling in love, Kita shares “’Can’t Help Myself’ is about the push and pull of falling in love with someone you never expected to. Even though the feeling is unexpected I wanted the energy of the song to encompass the feeling of new love.”
The track was first penned back in 2015 alongside producer Dann Hume (Amy Shark, Matt Corby). Now revisiting the song in 2020, the track took on a new light, crafted into the summery pop production that’s set to soundtrack the coming months ahead.
