“Make It Rain: A Bushfire Fundraiser”
The announcement came earlier this week in the midst of the worst Australian bushfire season to date with the organisers quoting:
“Heavy times call for heavy fundraising. These bushfires have burnt holes in the hearts of many Australians and to help those in need lots of people are banding together in lots of different ways to try and ease the blow to communities & wildlife. It’s a beautiful thing. It will take time and money to rebuild and get life back on track."
Press Club, The Gooch Palms, Columbus, Mid City, Fan Girl, and Teenage Dads DJ’s are teaming up for “MAKE IT RAIN” a special fundraiser event directly aimed at helping the communities affected in Victoria. It’s a chance to help people, have a rad time and listen to some of the best live music Australia has to offer.
The benefit show, which takes place at the Stay Gold in Brunswick this Friday January 10 will donate proceeds from all tickets sales to the victims of the Victorian Bushfires.
