Brisbane alternative indie rock outfit Bad Neighbour share their lively new tune, And The Fleasand will launch it live at a headline show in Brisbane on June 7. Tickets on sale now via Destroy All Lines.

Bringing together an expansive pallet of sounds whilst continuing to deliver their rejuvenated take on nostalgic punk rock, And The Fleas narrates the idea that sometimes self progression may come at the expense of others, despite striving to be a good person. Debuting on triple j short.fast.loud Wednesday night with Emmy Mack, And The Fleas presents rough-around-the-edges punk, embellished with a distinctly emo flair and is a testament to the bands evolution as artists and their ability to craft songs that resonate on a personal level.

The latest single is the second release of the year for Bad Neighbour, after In The Car dropped in February and was toured across the country with Hot Mulligan (US) and Free Throw (US) before making an appearance on the big stage at New Bloom Festival Brisbane.

And The Fleas will be celebrated live on June 7 at The Outpost Brisbane, joined by local legends Talk Heavy and Verum. Tickets are moving fast, and are available online via Destroy All Lines.

Launching in 2019 with their debut single Odd Socks, Bad Neighbour came together off the back of shared musical interests and combined motivation to tread their own sonic ground inspired by the likes of PUP, Modern Baseball and The Menzingers. Lead by Cooper Riley (lead vocals/rhythm guitar) and joined by Zoe Middleton (lead guitar/vocals), Liam Sumner (bass/vocals) and Jack Parkes (drums), Bad Neighbour are well on their way to becoming "frontrunners in Australia's ever-evolving indie punk crowd", as coined by Wall Of Sound.

The quartet have cultivated a dedicated fan base and grown a reputation for their electrifying live performance, dynamic stage presence and undeniably infectious energy. Capturing the zest of their live shows on record, Bad Neighbour bring driving guitar lines, full pounding drums and impassioned, desperate howls to the forefront of their music, where they boast two well-loved EP's - 2020s 'Take Care' and 2022's 'If No One Gets To Win'.

The last 12 months have seen Bad Neighbour find their footing and solidify themselves as 'ones to watch' as they joined the Destroy All Lines roster. The quartet landed support shows with Mom Jeans (US) and Microwave (US) last March, toured across the country main supporting Spanish Love Songs (US) last August and just wrapped a tour with Hot Mulligan and Free Throw before New Bloom Festival in Brisbane earlier this year.
