THE PEEP TEMPEL'S BLAKE SCOTT RELEASES DEBUT LP 'NISCITAM' TODAY

"An unshakable return from one of Australia’s most cunning, idiosyncratic songwriters."

"This must be one of the best albums released this year...if you have a taste for art of extraordinary accomplishment, the kind that furnishes insights into the human condition and the world we inhabit, then this is the album for you. We need more like this. Absolutely brilliant." -Dave Faulkner, The Saturday Paper

"I’m walking from room to room all day inhaling this record like the density of the air has risen. F**kin masterful.” -Tim Rogers

"...one of the most savagely uncomfortable and compelling rock’n’roll records of 2020"- Mikey Cahill, NME

"You might well come away from this thinking, I feel seen. You will definitely come away thinking, I have seen." - Bernard Zuel

"...one of the year’s most anticipated local releases" - Beat Magazine

"...equal parts mesmerising and memorable" - Double J

"...an unsettling, unshakable return from the sharp-tongued vocalist of The Peep Tempel that cements his place as one of Australia’s most cunning, idiosyncratic songwriters." - Francis Tait, Trouble Juice

Today dead set Aussie treasure Blake Scott delivers his hotly hyped debut LP Niscitam on WingSing Records.

The Peep Tempel vocalist's debut solo effort explores fantasy and memory, existential angst, and is the artist’s attempt to reconcile febrile hopes for a just and peaceful world against the wild and cataclysmic buffet before him. Suffice to say the timing of Niscitam's release is ironic, at best.

Devastatingly personal and culturally prescient, Niscitam is a piercing and uncomfortably satiating album to absorb today.

Available on all digital streaming platforms here ahead of a vinyl release in November.
Let it cure what ails ya.
