As the release of her debut EP draws closer, Stellie is excited to announce she will be playing a special headline EP launch show in her hometown of Adelaide on Friday August 21 at Lion Arts Factory.

The EP marks a pivotal moment in Stellie’s career as the intimate and cinematic collection of songs cement her lush and emotional songwriting style and nostalgic imagery into a debut body of work originally envisioned in her bedroom over 12 months ago, finally brought to life.

After dropping this stunning golden-hued live rendition of previous single "I’d Have Killed For You", she is thrilled to be able to now perform the EP live on stage for a special one off show for her hometown Adelaide fans!

Today, Stellie also gives you another taste of the EP with the reflective romantic EP ballad "Californian Lullaby". Available on all streaming services from today, the track oozes with silky lush vocals and a smokey soulful delivery as she reminisces about a love too good to be true.
Backed by a downbeat tempo and crescendos of guitar and harmonies, Stellie describes the track mood as "slow dancing at an old high school formal."

"I wanted this song to really be in that moment, almost reminiscent. When you dig into it a little deeper, Californian Lullaby is about a love that’s almost too good to be true that you don’t even know if it’s real or just in your imagination.

It also has a slight bitterness about it too - maybe you were just trying to make this imaginary love a little better than it seems. ‘Cos I’m so in love with the thought of you’ "

"Californian Lullaby" is out now on all digital streaming services.

Stellie’s Self-Titled EP will be released on Friday August 21st via The Orchard.
