“A quote that always inspired me and this song was one by Samuel Beckett; “Dance first. Think later. It’s the natural order” explains Harper.

In a time where your youth feels like it’s being put on hold, “Dance Away These Days” channels this frustration into a sonic speed tunnel, leading you away from the ‘twilight zone’. The song compels you to disconnect from the harsh realities of the world - if only for a few minutes - and simply lose yourself in the music.

Growing up under an eclectic umbrella of influences, Harper bends the style boundaries of pop, centring his handwritten gems around the twists and turns of youth and young adulthood. Harper’s music is an ode to the coming of age; reflections on his life, on others’ lives, as observations of modern love, youth and young adulthood.

As you will find, Harper’s songbook is like biting into a pie and discovering delicious, unusual notes as the flavours set in - like all precious and mysterious things. Watch this space for some incredible new music from Harper to come in the coming months.
