A.GIRL DELIVERS NEW SINGLE'LUV DRUNK'
A.GIRL returns today with a new single ‘Luv Drunk’ and the exciting announcement of a headline show in Sydney at Oxford Arts Factory on 20 May.
‘Luv Drunk’ blends pop/R&B with hip-hop flavours, heavy bass and lyrics that hit hard. The song is about being in love with someone to the point of intoxication but then one day you are cold and sober towards each other with no more love to go around. The track was produced by Taka Perry.
“I wrote Luv Drunk for my future self when I was 17 and in a relationship. Now that I'm 21 and single it's like watching an old re-run of the Simpsons that relates to me now more than ever. “
A.GIRL is currently one of the faces of the Adidas and JD Sports Watch Us Move campaign in stores and online nationally, and recently supported Triple One. She has been announced to play the upcoming 2021 APRA Music awards alongside artists including Odette, Lime Cordiale and Sycco. ‘Luv Drunk’ follows on from previous singles ‘Lola’, ‘All Over You’, ‘Play’ and ‘2142’.
