Today, Minneapolis-reared, Los Angeles-based interdisciplinary artist Dizzy Fae releases her debut EP, Antenna, via Downtown Records/The Orchard. The new project by the self-described 'sex pop' artist is a speedy, high energy collection of titillating tracks that craft the perfect soundtrack for post-Covid clubbing. It follows acclaimed mixtapes No GMO (2019) and Free Form (2018).

Inspired by the likes of Missy Elliott and Peaches, the four-track EP highlights Dizzy's pivot to a more sensual, experimental and genre-bending sound. Featuring last month's 'Body Move', which Dizzy released alongside a colorfully provocative video inspired by classic Disney Channel shows like Hannah Montana, and '360 Baby', which Billboard called a 'thrumming club jam', Dizzy continues to serve audacious, hard-hitting pop sounds on remaining tracks 'Bend n Snap' and 'Woof'. On the EP, Dizzy shares; 'Antenna is to call out to all the Dizzerts in the world. I’ve always been the same person but this time it feels a little different. It feels evolved. I want people to feel themselves as they listen to me.'

The release of Antenna culminates Dizzy's incredible growth as an artist, with the proud BIPOC queer singer amassing millions of streams worldwide and garnering critical acclaim from The New York Times, PitchforkBillboardVogue UKWonderland MagazineTeen Vogue and more. Dizzy has also shared stages with artists including Jorja SmithKehlani and Snoh Aalegra, while Lizzo hand-picked Dizzy to open on a sold-out tour mere weeks after her high school graduation.

Dizzy Fae is a 21-year-old interdisciplinary artist on a mission to interrogate the nuances and liberties of love and human connection. Born in St. Paul and based in Minneapolis, Fae is mixed-race and queer, and her art is an extension of her fluid nature and constant state of transformation. Belonging everywhere and nowhere. In her attempt to unearth the unknown from within, Fae frolics through the fringes of genre, laying her observations bare with burning confidence and an uncompromising spirit. Fae’s multi-dimensional talents are the product of conservatory training, years spent studying dance and vocal performance in a variety of genres including opera and jazz.
