Byron Bay songwriter Angie Hudson shares new single and video for 'Just Two'. Written in Amsterdam during her 2019 European tour, the new single, produced by ARIA award-winning producer Steven Schram (Paul Kelly, San Cisco, Mojo Juju), is a love song about creating a world with someone and how magic that can be.

The video was filmed and produced by Emily De Matteis in an old convent near where Hudson was raised. “We wanted to explore love as a concept, one which exists in the longing over the beholding yet has the ability to transcend form, revealing love as the intangible immensity that it is.” says Hudsons, “We felt drawn to the nostalgia of super 8 and black and white help create a timelessness.”

Hudson’s raw and honest approach to songwriting, heard on previous single 'Vulnerable' and 'Breathe In', is a reflection of her relationships in love, nature and the cosmic world. Blending elements of alternative soul and indie-folk, influenced by contemporaries such as Emma Louise, Lana Del Ray and Bon Iver. “I’m inspired by artists that have a cinematic approach to their writing, they create worlds where you get to know nuances about characters and experiences. Sometimes their art makes you dance, sometimes it makes you cry and sometimes it makes you dream."

Hudson has as graced stages at Falls Festival, Mullumbimby Music Festival, opened for acts Tora, Alex the Astronaut and Parcels and is currently on tour with Harry James Angus (The Cat Empire) throughout NSW and Queensland.
