The BackBeat Podcast aims to bring the behind the scenes of the Australian music industry to the audience with an entertaining yet honest and transparent look into all facets of the industry, all while bringing new local Australian music to new ears.
In this episode we’re talking to local emerging artist YARA about her new release ‘Manhater’ (being released on International Women’s Day - iconic), her experiences as not just a woman but also a person of colour in the music industry - and life in general, and her personal experiences and perspective on physical and mental health as someone dealing with PCOS and depression.
